2022 ThemeWe are called to be fearless
Throughout the Bible, the Lord tells us over and over again, “Be not afraid,” and he continues to speak these words to us today. Join thousands of Catholic teens at Steubenville Toronto on July 15-17 to experience the peace of Jesus Christ, who is always faithful and will never abandon us.

We are truly blessed to have some of the most talented ministers serving in the Church leading our conference. Each one has been chosen for their love of Jesus and their ability to share that love with teens.

Conference Details
The Office of Catholic Youth in the Archdiocese of Toronto is here to assist anyone wanting to attend the conference. Here is some of the most useful information that will help you plan your conference weekend. Additional information can be found in our Frequently Asked Questions section. What is Steubenville Toronto?
Steubenville Toronto is Canada's largest annual conference for Catholic teens.
Who can attend?
The conference is designed for groups of Catholic teens. Anyone currently in grades 9-12 can attend as part of a group. A group can be a youth ministry from a parish, a high school chaplaincy group, or even simply a group of friends with parent chaperones.
When is this conference happening?
Our next conference is scheduled for July 15-17, 2022. Participants arrive in the late afternoon on Friday, July 15, and the conference ends on Sunday, July 17 after Mass which is usually around noon. The exact schedule will be released once it is finalized.
Where is the conference held?
This year we have a new venue, and we couldn't be more excited! The conference will take place in the auditorium at Canada Christian College located at 300 Water Street in Whitby, Ontario.
When can we register?
Group registration opens on March 1. This means that groups can register themselves and reserve a number of spots. These spots will then be filled by group memebers. If you are looking to register as an individual, please contact your group leader or youth minister.
What is a group leader?
A group leader is the adult responsible for registering and coordinating a group to attend the conference. This can be a youth minister, school chaplain, a parent, or a parish volunteer. The group leader is responsible for the group for the entire conference and should be in attendance all weekend long.
Do you need volunteers?
Each year we are blessed with a good number of hard-working and dedicated people who make this conference weekend possible. Applications for volunteers will open on April 25. Please note that due to capacity restrictions this year we will be utilizing a smaller number of volunteers.
Can Priests, Bishops and Nuns attend?
Of course we welcome all priests, bishops, sisters and religious brothers to attend the conference. We believe that it is important to have teens be able to witness the joy and faithfulness of those who have dedicated their lives to serving in ministry. To register, please click here.
How will Covid-19 Impact the conference?
As always, the health and well-being of all in attendance are paramount. Our conference will follow all directives as set out by the Durham Region Health Department and we will also follow closely all Archdiocese of Toronto WorshipSafe guidelines.
